• Responsible for the brand key result areas in all accounts directly covered by by the distributor (APC). • Deploys and implements brand strategies among the team and the distributor's (APC) salesforce operations. • Establishes relationship with key players in the trade (most profitable customers). • Responsible for the overall management of the brands and the execution of the distributor's (APC) salesforce to ensure achievement of brand targets. • Sets volume (and other KRA targets) for the salesforce by area, by product, and selectively, by SKUs • Establishes a working system within the functional units (field operations, finance, supply chain & others), that may be required in the operations. • Exercises administrative responsibilities over the field operations team, in accordance with the policies and guidelines. (i.e. people management, budget, planning, & others) • Responsible for regular updates and business reviews with the team / management. • Provide superior availability of all brands in all identified relevant channels at the least cost. • Provide the most competitive visibility for the relevant brands in the most profitable outlets. • Provide the best customer service to the most profitable outlets. • Provide the best link to trade, and build strategic alliances and partnerships
