Job Purpose: • To manage distributor performance and grow business in each territory • Monitor and supervise the territory sales officer’s performance • Monitor distributor’s purchase performance • Provide market status and competitor feedback of each territory Job Responsibilities: • Work with distributor to grow business in each territory and achieved sales target • Monitor event sales team and assure the accuracy of stock reconciliation with Finance and Logistic • To grow new subscriber in each territory and ensure all subscribers have complete profile • To ensure that all point of sales are available for selling top up to all subscriber in each territory • To ensure that all distribution gap are close • To monitor performance of territory sales officer in order to achieve the KPI • Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements: + Education & Qualification: • Bachelor in business management or other related field • Sales and Marketing knowledge + Working Experience: • Telecom and sales experience is preferred • People management and leadership + Specific Skills: • Able to manage multitask and deadline oriented • Proactive, energetic, self-confident, loyal and result achievement • High attention to details • Good at influent people and customer • Good computer skill such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio • Able work under pressure • Leadership skill • Good command of English and Khmer language
