Duties and Responsibilities: -Promote the mall space to find the tenants -Greeting customers/residents both on-call and face-to-face -Answer the customer’s inquiries and all coming calls -Maintain and build strong relationship with customers -Accompany and/or ferry the customers to visit/inspect the mall space -Dealing with tenants in move in-out process and pass information to finance department -Planning and conducting the special events for branding the mall -Communicate with tenants in dealing complaints, fix or pass to management -Manage leasing contract and renewable -Communicate and build good relationship with real estate agency and other potential customers to lease the mall space -Planning and implementing the leasing and marketing strategies -Provide information to the tenants to make sure that they comply to the rules and regulation of the mall operation rules and regulation -Design the marketing artwork to advertise the mall space to the target customers with the marking strategies assigned by Marketing and Leasing Manager -Regularly Report to the management -Follow the jobs assigned by Marketing and General Manager

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS -Master or Bachelor degree in Business administration, Marketing, Economic, English Literature and related fields. -Good command in English both in speaking and writing -At least two years-experience in Marketing and Leasing in profit organization or in commercial property leasing -Good skills in negotiation, communication, public relation and problem solving -Computer skill, Microsoft Office or others is plus
