Job Description: - Manage daily on-site operations such as headcount, check-ins of workers and staff’s availability during working hours - Train and provide orientation to all workers and newly hired staff in line with the company’s guidelines and procedures - Monitor company activities and ensure compliance with company rules and regulations - Coordinate and develop relationship with the management and supervisors regarding employee issues, concerns and grievances as per existing company policy - Coordinate with supervisors to plan meetings and activities for higher productivity of the staff - Develop ways to retain employees through motivation and encouragement - Coordinate with the HR and Admin department for the submission of monthly payroll for the staff - Monitoring of stock and make sure that all needed work materials are available for the staff - Ensure safety on site by conducting daily safety inspections - Conduct daily spot checking on site and maintaining quality control procedures - In charge of writing reports and reporting to HR and Operations Department for any issue that may arise

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any relevant field - At least 2 years work experience related to site management - Has strong leadership skills - Can communicate well in English and Khmer (oral and written) - Good organizing skills - Ability to work independently - Computer literate especially in MS Office Applications
