* Purpose To help and provide timely support to accounting department in order to check and deliver accurate tax preparation, PO submission, VAT, filings, and accounting operations etc. * Principal Accountabilities - Make a Copy the purchase and sale invoices for monthly tax return - Insert the purchase and sale invoices into excel file for monthly tax return - Complete VAT invoices into E-VAT system - Complete monthly tax forms - Checking the PO and the attached documents from vendors and team - Issue and copy Check to the vendors - Calling and email to Vendors if needs - Checking Supplies counting & supplies Expense - Assist to complete NSSF forms - Assist to arrange the PO if needs - Assist to print, scan, copy all the accounting documents (not confidential documents) - Go out to make the payment and tax department - Filing Document, create file name and folder - Assist auditor during field work - Other tasks assigned by supervisor
