Jobs Description

* Purpose This is a sales role that involves broad retail knowledge and high customer service from executing to monitoring all phases of the leasing process from introduction to negotiation, lease review, lease signing and lease deposit. You will be working with prospective tenants on available properties to lease, answering questions about the property, conducting negotiation on the lease terms, and ensure they pay the rental deposit. You will also have to communicate with the landlord regarding your prospective deals and other updates about their properties. * Principal Accountabilities - Market retail properties using the available and recommended platforms to reach out to potential customers. Platforms may include; social media, websites, online portals, cold calling, emails, and meetings; - Lead the sale team to achieve monthly set targets - Ability to ensure the quality of work and services to the clients - Assist corporate clients to find the best space leasing in Retail Industry - Ensure that the set sales target is achieved; - Implement leasing strategies to be in line with the management or project direction; - Adhere to the strategies and procedures that have been devised for the project; - Analyze and shortlist prospective tenants according to the tenant mix and concept of the project; - Assist in the annual budget planning process - Respond to inbound enquiries for retail space availability, prices, lease terms, etc.; - Carry out inspections with prospective tenants; - Liaise with tenants and landlord to answer questions about the properties / units - Assist in negotiations between tenants and landlords; - Prepare leasing offer and lease agreement; - Collect a rental deposit as required by agreement as part of a deal; - Oversight available properties or projects as assigned which involve regular reporting, meeting and communication with the landlord; - Build new and develop existing relationships with clients; - Keep regular contact with regular and prospective tenants to demonstrate and explain the projects; - Keep accurate and regular project status reporting to landlord and the management; - Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry contacts at the company’s events, social events in order to create market awareness and presence - Offer a high level of customer service; - Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management team.

Jobs Requirement

* Education - Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking or business related field * Knowledge - Excellent level of skill with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Impeccable verbal and written communicate in English & Khmer, both verbally and in writing; Chinese language skills would be an advantage; - Be highly process oriented with high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency - Outgoing, patience, persistent and self-motivated with a positive attitude; - Hard working, proactive and driven - Able to perform multi-tasking with strong time management - Able to work well as part of a team; * Experience - At least 3 years’ work experiences in Sales/Marketing position or be able to demonstrate these qualities; - Experience in retail leasing or real estate related services Contact Person: Naro OUM Phone: (855) 61 444 023 Email: naro.oum@cbre.com www.cbre.com.kh
