Job Description • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Prepare invoices, payment and receipt vouchers • Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; preparing checks, verifying finished product. • Oversee accounts payable and receivable • Prepare financial statement and produce budget according schedule • Maintain account balance and bank statements • Verify the daily AR and AP posting in timely-manner and control aging report • Verify the controlling Cash Flow and Control weekly budget payment • Posting AR and AP in Quick book2014 • Record month end close journal entries and prepare account reconciliations • Monthly tax preparation and declaration • Yearly tax preparation and declaration is a plus • Others tasks are assigned by Superior
