• To record all ASM invoice by month, by product, & payment date • To weekly reconcile payment invoices with supplier statement • To input VAT booking and reconciliation, and helping monthly VAT submission to G-DoT (Output – Input) and also monitoring for VAT refund report monthly. • To prepare and consolidating all tax reports submission to the G-DoT. • To Handle Weekly & monthly payment voucher preparation, document filing – receipt, invoice, tax invoice • To prepare monthly backup documentation for GL accounts related to VAT, Advances to Supplier. • To Support month end closing by preparing the accrual entries. • To assist to prepare the cost analysis schedules. • To support monthly and annually physical count on inventory and fixed assets respectively. • To assist with ad hoc report preparation or other duties as required by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent qualifications • Knowledge of standard accounting practice. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably in garment manufacturing industry • Honest; Positive, Proactive, hard-working; detail-oriented • Good command of English, preferably Mandarin • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
