Jobs Description

- Verify supporting documents of all business transactions (credit documents, income/expense vouchers and other necessary documents of the branch office). - Ensure that all business transactions recorded in its correct account code. - Organize and monitor the filling of income and expense vouchers, transfer vouchers, official receipts, credit documents, land and house title, mortgage document, fixed assets listing, inventory listing and other necessary documents of the branch. - Organize and manage day-to-day data posting in to the system in compliance with accounting standard and CAMMA’s operating manual and procedure. - Check and verify all accounting data of the branch office to ensure accuracy of transaction - Organize, monitor and conduct physical cash count on daily cash balance with branch cashier then compare actual cash balance with report - Print out the payment in arrears and qualitative- quantitative credit report for chief credit officer and relevant staff in order to follow up and settle the debt - Organize and control the preparation of financial statement and other important accounting statements properly and on time for branch manager, relevant units and finance department. - Report to accounting and finance department on sensitive issues of the branch accounting after officially report to branch manager. - Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by branch manager and management.

Jobs Requirement

- At least Bachelor in Accounting or Finance field or equivalent professional qualifications. - At least 3 years of experiences working as financial accounting with banking or MF sector. - Ability to lead, direct and control team members and Team work. - Good inter-personal skill and communication with internal and external customers. - Be honest, integrity, accountability, and commitment, and strongly passion towards working with the poor and social mission. - Be able to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines; - Willingness to travel to outside offices and provinces. - Good speaking and writing in both English and Khmer. - Good at Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Office. - Good leadership skills. - Good judgment to make financial decisions. - Good analytical skill. ** How to apply: All interested and merit candidates meeting the above requirements should submit cover letter and CV with current photo, family book, ID card, or certificate of birth, any diplomas or certificates or a copy of previous employment recommendation to Camma’s Head Office or the branches nearest to you or via email recruitment@camma.com.kh and with salary expectation. ** More information: Please contact via 023 533 9999, 081 399 143
