- Responsible for organizing, supervising and leading the nursing unit - Oversee quality patient care in collaboration with nursing staff and other departments - Interact and follow-up with patients - Assist doctors in caring for patients and act as interpreter if needed - Maintain and update all medical records and documents - Ensure that nursing care meets all regulatory standards - Draft, review, and approve all nursing policies and procedures - Conduct quality assurance program for all nursing activities - Assign tasks and organize schedules for nursing shifts - Conduct regular trainings for nursing staff - Evaluate nursing staff performance - Communicate with external partners and suppliers - Facilitate meetings with other departments - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

- University degree in Nursing - At least 5-year working experience in similar position - Good leadership spirit and delegation skills - Proven ability to manage and evaluate nursing staff - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills - Good communication in English, Chinese is a plus - Good computer skills - High responsibility and commitment in working - Proficient in multi-tasking and handling stressful situations - Honesty, adaptability, and initiative - Problem analysis and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
