- Perform routine diagnostic and procedural semen analyses - Provide recommendations for treatment based on the semen analysis report - Conduct semen preparation for IUI, sperm freezing and thawing - Perform morphological assessment of semen using staining techniques - Process surgically retrieved sperm as well as sperm from retrograde ejaculates - Perform safe handling of specimens following safety guidelines - Set up, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment - Maintain lab records, files, and reports - Prepare reports and other documents for supervisors - Communicate and collaborate with other staff members to provide quality care for patients with a multidisciplinary team - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.

- University degree in Life Science - At least 2-year working experience as a Clinical Andrologist or in similar position - Have a sound scientific knowledge and technical ability; a working knowledge of QC/QA - Familiarity with the current ESHRE, HFEA and ASRM guidelines on good practice - An in-depth knowledge of the WHO standards for semen parameters is a plus - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills - Good communication in English, Chinese is a plus - Good computer skills - High responsibility and commitment in working - A team player and able to work independently - Ability to prioritize work and good organizational skills - Honesty, adaptability, and initiative - Problem analysis and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
