* Responsibilities: Project planning & document control: • Conduct the daily & weekly planning assignment for the project team and ensure their commitment • Prepare weekly site reports and weekly schedule • Coordinate & control sub-contractors, keep good relation and communication with them to ensure good work performance • Attend weekly meetings, including client's meetings • Ensure all documents are well recorded and controlled * Manpower management: • Be responsible in managing manpower with efficiency versus project schedule • Provide basic needs like temporary office, toilet, and bathroom for workers • Record worker’s attendance daily according to time and attendance system • Conduct performance appraisal and promote staff retention Tools and material: • Survey and forecast on tools and raw material to order • Supervise the requests of tools and materials to ensure smooth operations on site • Control the tools and materials used at site with proper record * Technical and Safety: • Oversee technical aspects with Project Manager and be pro-active in searching/proposing solutions • Help to solve technical issues, providing advice and decisions for general workers • Create technical guidelines for daily work performance within the team • Conduct regular technical and safety training to the team to increase their work performance and responsibility • Conduct Fire testing exercises
