Ensuring that Group Regional policies adapted the local contracts/agreements Arranging documents required processing application renewal licenses permits, including not limited to, construction permits licenses, VAT/Patent certificate renewal Preparing, coordinating commercial finance team, sending following up debt recoveries defaulting customers Assisting VPCA board shareholder’s resolutions minutes meetings Coordinating HR Department legal administrative tasks including employment contracts drafting review, insurance scoping negotiation, assessment third-party HR providers Coordinating local regional legal team/lawyers all legal-related matters, queries, cases, issues concerns Keeping abreast updating VPCA any Cambodian regional regulations amendments affecting TC its affiliates ensuring TC its affiliates’ compliance.

Educational background: Bachelor Law graduate having minimum three experience corporate environment. Skills: Having analytical mind able see complexities procedures Cambodian regulations.
