- General administration work - Customer support work- customer phone call pick up and respond (Report and feedback) - Internal support work - Product Price and stock check with suppliers - Product purchasing - Prepare and monitor paper work for project (Documentation, Purchase order, Costing report, Material list for stock in and out) - Monitor and check on staff attendance - Tracking on staffs performance - Implement and maintain Company internal policies - Monitoring, processing and recording staff travel documents (Transportation, Visa, Accommodation etc.) - Preparing all tasks relevant to administration documentation. - Stockroom arrangement and control - Stock control (Monitor on stock in and out arrangement and report) - Other tasks assigned by Manager

- Computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel….) - Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills is a plus - Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsible, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure. - Able to accept the changes for improvement. - Good command in English is a plus - Please note your expected salary on the CV.
