-Manage events and marketing initiative and working closely with Program Manger -Manage initiatives, events and activities that develop and maintain cross-member engagement -Manage and track local, national and regional events to inform events. -Manage, promote and advertise Events and meeting space -Coordination Logistic (Set up, Catering and Cleaning, etc.) -Servicing space/room book keeper (Customer Relationship Management) -Professionally represent on occasion, at events -Occasionally conduct tours in the project’s early stage, and as our space grows -Develop outreach and promotional plan for meeting room and event space -Deal with client communications for all meeting rooms and events -Facilitate and be of crating a welcoming and fun environment -Other tasks will be assigned by Program Manager

-Minimum 2 years experience coordinating large-scale events -Ability to work independently -Proven ability to promote events and functions -Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners -Familiarity with event management software packages -Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality management, marketing or related areas -Ability to work under strict deadlines
