** Responsibilities 1. reporting, communicating and consulting to your boss 2. handle and manage our projects of graphic, digital imaging (SNS contents and website), video and shooting of photo and video *according to Business Development Department *you have to manage your team 2 designers 3. create the strategy and tactics to develop our business 4. consider your own idea for creative, digital and business developments 5. make a good relationship with colleagues, clients and partners ** Desired conditions 1. learn creative, business and marketing strategy, tactics, and other instruments and ways 2. experiences for 3D and shooting by drone 3. learn the more video editing (not long duration), slide show, GIF contents, shooting for photo, video and 3D 4. manage the team like 4 to 5 staffs ** Conditions 1. working time; 8:30am to 6:00pm (8hours) *lunch break; 12:00pm to 1:30pm 2. working day; Monday to Friday 3. holidays; Saturday, Sunday and national holidays according to our corporate holidays *You have to handle some activations every month on Saturday, Sunday and national holiday. In case, you can receive mission fee or take substitutional day off. When you have to go to province, not Phnom Penh, you can get it including transportation and accommodation fee. 4. timing of join; after 1st January 2020 *If you are convenient, we can start this project before the above date. ** Remuneration package 1. salary; US$900 to $1,100 (excluding salary tax and insurance, NSSF) *depends on your quality, experiences and potential. *for bonus, it depends on corporate profit. 2. transportation fee to our office; nothing *but you move anywhere during working, company can pay to you as charge. 3. phone allowance; US$10 per month 4. parking for car or motorbike; prepared by company 5. leaves; 18 days per year (1.5 days per month of employment) after confirmation of probation period 6. insurance; Staff NSSF insurance with Ministry of Labor cover for accident on working hour after confirmation of probation period 7. work permit; prepared, but prior work permit before this employment will be borne by employees, after confirmation of probation period 8. mobile warranty; prepared after confirmation of probation period 9. laptop; prepared by company ** Probation 1. period; 3 months *a probation period of 3 months will commerce on the first day of employment. *during the probationary period, it is agreed that either party may terminate by 7 days prior written notice or employer may elect to make payment in lieu of such notice. *upon confirmation period, it is agreed that either party terminate by 2 months prior written notice. 2. evaluation; maximum 10% up of your salary (minimum 10% down) *upon your successful passing of the probation period, the term of employment will be review on a yearly basic. ** Duties 1. duty 1; the employee shall carry out the duties of your boss and generally in accordance with the task assigned and goals agreed with the employee’s supervisor from time to time. The employee shall at all times faithfully and diligently attend to these in compliance with policy and procedures of the employer. 2. duty 2; the employee will comply with all reasonable directions of the employer regarding the use and application of materials and property of the employer.
