• To manage and lead team of Brand Promoters, specifically: • Focus and motivate team to deliver results • Continuous training and coaching of team • Build effective relationship with outlets and sales team • Manage resources effectively • Provides timely and accurate reporting • Acts as a role model to team and always approachable • Builds a team spirit • Manages sensitive situations and helps the team to solve problems

• Secondary Educational • Computer literature (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point) • Wiling to travel • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Good command of spoken and written English and Khmer • Passionate, possess high level of commitment and initiative, and strong drive to succeed • Versatile, organised, result-oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment • Ability to work under pressure
