 Prepare HR documents and employment contracts  Assist to all Departmental Heads in coordinating probation evaluation and annual performance appraisal of all staffs.  Assist in managing the general admin task  Manage Staff Attendant, sick leave, annual leave, Maternity Leave, PH and compensate  Manage the recruitment process and selection  Participate the recruitment activities (Job Fair, Job Presentation, Hiring Day, Social Activities else  Monthly Report of employee probation, staff appraisal, increment, promotion, and transfer  Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)  Working closely with HOD & HRM to determine staffing needs  Ensure HC Request Form completely fill up and get the approval from BODs very placing the job announcement,

 Bachelor degree in human resource management or relevant,  2-3 Years’ experience in HR & Admin (Focussing on Hiring and selection)  Strong Communication skill both English & Khmer,  Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments  Good knowledge of computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet and E-mail)
