Jobs Description

- Supervise promoter team - Assist Sales Supervisor in leading, directing and motivating the promoter team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives and targets - Assist Sales Supervisor in revising and implementing the sales strategies and execution plans. - Assist Sales Supervisor in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets. - Assist Sales Supervisor in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers. - Assist Sales Supervisor in ensuring all marketing and promotional activities and assigned duties are executed effectively to optimize results. - Assist with promoter/sales person’s questions, concerns and product/service questions. 8. Make sure all promoter adhere to company policies and procedures. - Communicate all customer complaints, employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Supervisor. - Monitor competitor's activities relating to marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including sales off-take and reports to Sales Supervisor.  - Monitor the activities of Sub-Distributors to ensure sales targets are achieved and promotional activities of the Company are properly executed. Report any unusual incidents to Sales Supervisor. - Report any dishonest behavior or suspicion of dishonest behavior of promoter to the Sales Supervisor immediately

Jobs Requirement

- Graduated bachelor’s degree in Marketing /Management or related fields.  - Candidate must possess minimum qualification - Proven track record in supervising a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results- oriented sales force. - Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills. - Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment. - 2-3 years’ experience as Sales Leader in the FMCG industry is essential - Good in Microsoft office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel) or Internet/email. - Strong analytical mind with high level of maturity. - Self-driven and resulted oriented and able to supervise a sales team. - Require to travel to province or oversea sometime. * Working Days and Hours: - Monday to Saturday (Saturday Morning Only) - Working hour: From 8: 00 am to 5: 30 pm (Break 1 hour); * Salary and Benefit: - Salary (Based on work experience) - Uniform - Gasoline allowance - Phone card allowance - Insurance covered - Annual bonus - External Training - Internal Training * Please send your CVs (with photo) and cover letter before December 20 th , 2019 to: Mr. Chhun Roathy E-Mail: recruitment@LSHcam.com Tel: 015 333 759 / 017 875 478 Website: www.LSHcambodia.com Only short-listed applicants will be contacted for interview.
