Jobs Description

1. Perform all relevant secretarial and a variety of office tasks, including handling day-to-day correspondence, scheduling appointments, generating assigned reports, inter office correspondence, making travel arrangement for business, general documentation and filing administration support. 2. Daily deal with all incoming mail, email, calls, tracing file and post 3. Organizing and attending meetings when necessary and ensuring that the executives are well geared up for meetings 4. Deal with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes of meetings and discussion when necessary. 5. Responsible, manage and co-ordinate and strong support with all office administration 6. Coordinate daily operation with all divisions through effective communication 7. Responsible to translate confidential documents as per requested (English-Khmer-English) 8. Welcoming and maintaining a smooth communication with key clients. 9. Planning and organizing events and meetings 10. Provide Legal Support services to the whole company 11. Support on translation all legal documents to Khmer and English version 12. Compile legal briefs, prepare contracts and legally direct procedures or help expedite information for legal cases. 13. Documentary on Legal document formats. 14. Keep all Legal documents/contracts up to date 15. Collect all update information on Laws and norms, especially in Tax, Business and Investment. 16. Ensure that all the legal document and contracts are legalized under the Cambodian law properly and confidentially. 17. Provide sound consultation to commercial transactions, including real estate…etc.,… 18. Consult & coordinate project managements to meet the master plan. Other tasks • Perform other tasks required by the General Director & top management team. • Report to General Director & top management team.

Jobs Requirement

- Master Degree in Law and or other related fields - Minimum 3 years of legal and secretarial experience - Good experiences in dealing with multi-tasks - Possess outstanding social competence with positive working attitude - Work hard and committed to deadline with high accuracy and efficiency with well organization in each assigned task. - Fluent in written and spoken Khmer - Fluent in written and spoken English - Very good knowledge in legal matter/term and Translation skills - Ability to work as a team, good communication skills, time management skills - Flexible, results-driven and proactive personality. - Very responsible, self-motivated and high commitment individual. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
