To assist the Club House manager is all sales & marketing aspects of getting residents, tenants & outsiders to join the club. To manage all sales enquiries pertaining to membership. To handle all queries & follow up with potential tenants for the Club house facilities namely the Restaurant, Bar, Cigar Room or Executive Lounge and Spa. To follow up with all sales leads to increase club membership and to ensure all administrative matters are taken care of including filing of all membership documents To plan and formulate marketing events and promotions to boost sales of the club house membership. To design and prepare all sales & marketing documents like brochures, pamphlets etc. To update FB regarding membership drives To formulate all required documents for marketing & sales. To assist the Club House manager to run the Club House as professionally as possible. To handle other tasks as required by management.
