Job Purpose With the implementation of our Distributor Management Project, our Finance department is currently looking for committed officer(s) ensuring smooth implementation with all of our distributors nationwide. The DMO(s) are expected to work with our department achieving this by: 1. Proactively work with Commercial Business Control team to fully comprehend the policies and other key accountabilities required. 2. Ensuring the key deliverables regarding the implementation of this project. 3. Effectively support the distributor’s owner to fully aware of the newly initiative with on-going support from CBL. 4. Provide and ensure on-time communication for any further updates to be informed to all the distributors and vice versa. Dimensions 1. Reports to Compliance Supervisor 2. Works closely with the Commercial Business Control team of Finance Department Working Condition 1. Contract Type: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract 2. Base Salary: USD 571 Working Hours: 8:00 – 5:30 p.m. Other Benefits: To be defined 3. Contract: Under Agency Workers & Agency must sign CBL’s NDI Contract. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities a. Ensure accuracy of daily invoicing of CBL’s agent by ensuring agent issues invoices right after goods out of warehouse b. Ensure stocks at agent’s warehouse matched with stocks recorded in DIS system. c. Monthly verify the Detail Sale Table and Stocks Movement Listing for further submission d. Daily update Compliance Supervisor on any arising issues of the assigned warehouse and ensure end-to-end communication with no leakage information. e. Participate in monthly meeting(s) and other required trainings to further discuss about the on-going progress of tax compliance of agents, seek further supports, receive latest updates, and other required trainings provided by CBL. f. Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Jobs Requirement

Requirements Level of education: Complete high school diploma or any vocational training(s) relevant to accounting. Years of experience: At least one year of experience working with the exposure to accounting/stock-counting is preferable Language Requirement: Khmer, basic English communication is prioritized. Specific Knowledge/skills: 1. Be able to use Ms. Office (Words, Excel) and emails. 2. Ability to handle any required tasks with specific deadline(s). 3. Flexible, attention to details, and able to work under pressure. 4. Ability to work both independently and as a team, within and across teams. 5. Can-do attitude with a commitment to learn and grow with CBL.
