-Perform basic accounting duties such as preparing financial records and reports -Carry out office administrative tasks -Maintain documents and records to ensure all files are kept up to date -Assist with day-to-day operations of the accounting -Follow up payment with clients -Prepare weekly statement for agency and customers -Issue vouchers and settle payment with clients -Assign invoice for cash collector to pick up the payment from client -Confirm received payment with clients -Other tasked as assigned by supervisor * Other duties: •Participate in the day to day work of the company: reporting, attending team meetings as required, and supporting in other tasks as immediately required by other department
