-Check and review Condominium Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPAs) -Prepare or review all leasing, sub-contractor or other agreement that involve with Urban Hub -Work closely with sales team to scheduling SPAs signing date -Lead subordinates to understand perception of legal affair for real estate industry and ensure they can work independently. -Conduct research on SPAs of other developers then suggest to direct manager to ensure we can have comparative advantage on this matter. -Help sales and customer relation team in case customer ask legal question as part to close deal too -Attend seminar/conference/workshop and networking event on be haft of direct manager. -Other tasks will be assigned by Company's lawyer

-Education: Bachelor of Private or Public Administration -Experience: At least three (03) year experiences in legal affair, experienced in real estate is a plus -Skills: Good at English communication (Chinese is a plus), Computer literacy, problem solving, connection and Cambodian Law -Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be provided by Attorney and Company's Secretary
