• Work with design team to create attractive content on company’s social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, We Chart and Message to increase Sales volume • Select advertising agency to spread up company product to customer such Realestate.com.kh, khmerhome.com…etc. • Lease advertising board at popular zone to advertise company product Public Relations Tasks: • Plan, implement and manage public relations strategies as a part of company’s branding. • Work with medias for press conference or news release company’s business and branding strategy • Organize and manage various Public Relations activities within the budget • Measure performance of each activity and event • Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Public Relations (PR) tasks • Measure and produce reports on PR activities and each PR campaign • Use different channels to optimize campaign's reach and success • Work with marketing team to ensure match with the corporate brand • Arrange and coordinate interviews for coordinators • Research and gather opportunities for sponsorships • Build and maintain relationships with journalist, • Stay up to date with PR and real estate trends to find best practices • Other will be assigned by direct manager

• At least bachelor degree of Marketing, Business Administration, Law, Management, Hospitality Management, Economic or other relevant fields. • 3 Years’ experience in Public Relations, Sales & Marketing and Business Development (Experience in Real Estate Industry in plus advantage) • Attitude to challenge, deeply understand about Real Estate sector in Cambodia, especially with residential / real estate developer. • Very good at English communication (Chinese is a plus), Strong R & D habits, and problem solving
