Jobs Description

- Ensure all compliance issues and standard are fully met and monitored on a regular basis. - Managing & monitoring employee's health, safety & environmental issues in the entire factory premises. - To ensure all safety and PPE equipment is sufficient, functioning, and kept in good working condition - Carry out regular annual internal Compliance audits in order to ensure zero non- compliance - Lead HSE committee meeting, maintain Health & Safety checklists and follow up on all regular inspections and working with relevant Department Heads - Conduct, analyze and investigate on any work-related accident and injury and liaise with In-house Doctor on CAP or preventive action and health programs for workers - Set up and maintain Health & Safety checklists for fire/ evacuation drill, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, exit & emergency, noise, heat, lighting and signage, smoke detectors etc. - Communicate with all Department Heads, Production Managers, and Production Supervisors and line leaders on best practices for Health & Safety and Compliance issues - Work with 3rd party auditors and prepare CAP on Social & Ethical Compliance and other audits as required

Jobs Requirement

 Knowledge and Skills: - Academic degree preferably in law or other related compliance - Extensive understanding of the HSE System and functions. - Expert on the Cambodian Labor Law - Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with all people throughout the organization - Proficient in English (written & aural) - Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is preferable  Relevant Work Experience: - Intensive knowledge of HSE business operations and risk-based auditing attained through up to 3 years of progressive work experience with a focus on operational risk and regulatory requirements. - Ability to manage projects and, when required, supervise auditors to follow sound internal control practices and to manage risks appropriately. - Be adaptable and able to meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands and to work with all types of individuals up to and including the Board of Directors - Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation Interested candidates are requested to submit a Cover Letter and detailed CV stated position clearly with a current photo to the address below: E-mail: nounveasna_kh@sabrina.com.tw Tel : 017 273 723 / 069 687 345 Deadline: October 28, 2018
