- Reviews monthly sales with supervisor and discusses special instructions,production promotions, new products, price changes, etc - Prepare monthly sales trend report for all distributors in assigned region - Prepare inventory rolling forecast report for all distributors in assigned region - Responsible to discuss and process distributors purchase orders monthly based on sales and inventory rolling forecast reports. - Prepare and oversee A&P budget, monthly activities report and accruals to prevent budget overspent - Review and process distributors claims to ensure proper credit will be given on a timely basis. - Properly fills out customer purchase orders and obtains customer signature for confirmation and processing - Maintains/supervises proper merchandising of goods, utilizing adequate relevant point-of-purchase materials. Rotates goods on a periodic basis to ensure thatolder stocks are sold - Maintains and takes good care of company assets at all times - Discusses product sales and display with store officials and prepares call report on each customer visit. - Observes display and pricing of competitive product on store shelves and comments in call report. - Describes product features to store employees and customers. Highlights any special pricing, new products, product revisions, etc - Arranges for return of damaged product - Reports on growth, expansion, or closing of supermarkets in assigned territory - Makes calls on new stores on the route and leave samples of product. Advises distributors for all necessary follow up - Performs other duties assigned by Direct Supervisor

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in selling beverage or FMCG. - Excellent knowledge and experience in sales and marketing. - Highly effective, result oriented and able to work under high pressure. - A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge of MS Office Application - Excellent in writing and speaking English - Able to travel and station in upcountry
