- Responsible for all business activities in province markets; - Develop and implement distribution, sales and trade marketing strategies in province to achieve monthly and annual target; - Lead, train, and motivate sales team and trade marketing team to execute the strategies to achieve target; - Analyze and develop strategies to turn around business in troubled provinces; - Oversee and deal with daily operation and business performance; - Manage credit control with sub-distributors; - Regular visit to provinces to build and maintain effective relationship with sub-distributors and key customers in provinces; - Negotiate with sub-distributors and key customers for best interest of company; - Collect and get up to date market and competitors information; - Direct report to Commercial Director.
