ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary • Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standard • Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameter • Supervise the maintenance of a storeroom and ensure proper arrangement of stock • Ensure supplied stocks meet demand • Prevent overstocking and ordering • Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking • Processing Purchase Order • Maintain records of purchases, and other important data. • Control and Monitoring the daily operation stocks • Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

REQUIREMENT • Bachelor Degree of Finance, Accounting, Administration or other related fields • At least 1 or 2 years’ experience as stock controller, Receiver or related position • Good at Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills • Problem Solving Skills and Time Management Skills • Attention in detail and able to work independent and under pressure.
