Job Description - Oversee the operations of the IT department - Visit customers as needed and deal with any escalated customer issues - Work with project management to assign resources to projects - Support sales and marketing department if required - Check the quality of work at customer sites - Ensure staff is working efficiently and following procedures - Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring staff - Assign duties and tasks to staff as required - Plan and implement improvements in department procedures - Improve staff technical skills and quality of work - Report to management on status and issues

Job Requirement - Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science - At least 2 years of experience in electronic or IT equipment - Good skills in problem solving and troubleshoot - Management and leadership skill is required - Dynamic, motivated and well organized - Flexible and be able to meet deadlines - Able to work on weekends if required - Be able to work under pressure - Languages: English-Fluent - Extensive experience in any of the following: - CCTV systems - Alarm systems (intrusion, fire) - Access Control systems - PA systems - Telephone systems - Networks - Computers - Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Windows operation systems, etc.) We offer good salary and a competitive package depending on qualifications and experience.
