- Request offers, negotiate, and place orders for overseas sourced product to ensure all goods are competitively priced. - Conduct research on new suppliers for existing products or potential new products that may be required. Maintain daily contact with such suppliers. - Ensure that we have a choice of at least two suppliers for the same goods. Suppliers that can be depend on in case of unforeseen circumstances. - Checking quote with the supplier and compare the price - Prepare the purchase order report (Monthly/yearly purchase order reports) - Purchase tools/equipment and other accessories daily - Find supplier and quotation with suitable price - Following up PO & PR to make sure the tools/equipment delivered to project site - Transferring materials/tools/equipment/accessories as need from site to site - Daily key-in stock use into Intranet System - Work closely with stock keeper and procurement team to deliver the tasks more effectively - Doing weekly, monthly and other reports as requested - Be able to delivery and pick up document for team - Other task assigned by direct supervisor
