Ensure financial accountability and compliance with relevant policies, guidelines and laws within accounting cycles through;  Promote financial stewardship within the company from financial planning to day to day execution;  Oversee balance sheet through reconciliation, cleaning and checking up the balance sheet before year-end closing;  Ensure that all government reporting and filing requirements are efficiently complied;  Represent company in the finance and administration areas to outsiders and stakeholders Maintain Fixed Assets Register to determine physical assets tagging;  Bank Reconciliation management;  Checking and verifying postings done by subordinators;  To check post GL closing for month end i.e. Accruals / Prepayments;  Verifying payments vouchers before getting approval for payment;  Review account receivable and follow up with customer when necessary;  Responsible for month end closing of Financial Report.

 Bachelor degree in accounting/ finance or other related fields;  3-5 years of experience with accounting works;  Good at computer skills (Ms. Word/Excel) and English both speaking and writing;  Have a flare for numbers, work well with people, aggressively anticipate impacts of workload/issues to team deadlines and have a very positive work attitude;  Willing to do more tasks as assigned and able to work independently with less supervision.
