- To monitor on preventive and corrective maintenance service at site. - To prepare preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for MEPF. - To manage tools/materials/spare parts if applicable at site. - To check the daily reports and service reports of his staffs. - To coordinate with the customers/supplier to be sure works will be completed on time. - To ensure that his staffs and subcontractors follow the company rules and regulations during their work. - To prepare summary report of PM & CM. - To handle the customers’ complaints. - To conduct site inspection and make the report of site inspection. - To perform any works assigned by Chief Engineer.

-Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering or HigherDiploma. - At least 3 years of relevant experience. - Experience in facility maintenance is advantage. - Management skills. - Good interpersonalskills and communication skills. - Team spirit and accountability. - Computer literacy. - Good at English and Khmer languages. Thai language is advantage.
