You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel and Avani brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel. You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets; monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence; attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel. We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.

- At least 3 years’ experience within position - Graduated-BBA in field of Hotel & Tourism or related field - Works as directed by the General Manager - Responsible for the hotel’s sales effort and marketing direction - Drives the hotel’s total sales effort - Directs the hotel’s entire sale staff - Maintains an awareness of all local competitive conditions and regularly reports changes to upper management along with a suggested course of action. - Meets or exceed all established goals and commitments. - Represents the hotel in a professional manner, in accordance with all policies and procedures laid out in the Sales & Marketing manual. - Works in Co-ordination with other members of management of formulate hotel marketing plan and sales forecast. Establishes future sales goals, promotional activities and strategic sales and marketing plans. - Willing to travel within country - Experience in Expo./or Tourism fair.
