- Overseas and lead multiple projects from smaller scale to larger scale at the same time. - Be the main contact person for the project and liaise, update and respond to stakeholder requests or comments regarding the project - Provide creative conceptual or technical solutions for the project. - Ensure delegated team members to fulfill the needs of the building and its users. - Ensure compliance on the building codes, laws & regulations & sustainability - Ensure compliance with HKA standards. - Responsible to resolve any critical or design project issues - Manage and coach the professional development of the team as whole and individually - Assess and communicate project requirements and purpose by making the project brief

- Organize team to prepare and deliver concept/schematic/tender/construction drawings based on the Client brief within time frame - Monitor Architect II to organize team to prepare any other design documentation such as schedules or specifications based on the design intent. - Organize team to produce any other drawings or project information within time frame. - Ensure that all project files have the correct labels and annotations as per HKA standards. - Responsible on the quality assurance of the tender and construction drawings and specifications prior any submission
