** Job objective: To provide variety of administration supports to GPD team to facilitate the sample development process.  ** Key responsibilities: - Coordinate efficient flow of production information to related production Dept. - To submit pricing request to GPD Hong Kong - Download the artwork/spec from system and store/name systematically in local disk - To key in and update all the price/discount provided from Sales Team into the system - To follow up with production team to collect sample. - To prepare the Sample submission form and Issue Sample card. - To download daily reports from system and send to relevant parties.  - To be in charge for other weekly and monthly reports (courier invoice checking, stationary request, time attendance) - Support other issue assigned by supervisor.

- College Degree or equivalent required - 1-3 years administration assistance or data entry experience a plus - Strong written, verbal and telephone skills. - Strong data entry and organizational skills.  Detailed oriented and strong follow-up skills. - Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues. - Can Speak & Communicate in English . - Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
