- Develop and maintain Internal Control system of CMIC (Policy, Methodology, Procedure, Tools) with international and professional practice and standard - Ensure the internal control procedures are in compliance with the company rule, guidelines and exchange best practices within all department. - To carry out internal control review with all departments from end to end process, to assist them to identify the gaps that exist, produce and monitor the action plans - Maintain internal control system to be sustain at all levels - Coordinate with Internal audit team and follow up audit recommendation and improvement actions. - Educate all employees to have internal control self-awareness - Proper SoD setup as good business practice and absolutely required in today ‘s environment we operate - Other tasks assign by manager
