Fixed Asset and Stock Controller is responsible for maintaining the supply and demand of inventory and ensuring that there are adequate stock available within the Mad Monkey Hostels and a part from that this incumbent will also in charge of recording and tracking all transactions related to fixed assets of each business operation. - Conduct sales and stock forecast and placing purchase order in a regular basis according to par level to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS) - Liaise with F&B Staff to ensure product quality, availability, optimal location labeling and storages are at the highest standard and conditions - Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately and data accuracy is up-to-date - Maintain an accurate stock inventory of both physical and recording stock by conducting stock inventory counting, checking, audit, investigation and eliminate the discrepancies and product expires - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock and inventory report, data and other reports are needed - Provide support and necessary training to F&B staff and other teams about stock management, controlling and counting - Conduct year end stock inventory counting and closing report on time in full - Maintain harmonious working relationships with suppliers/ business partners to gain the highest profit for the company - Conduct internal fixed assets and stock transfer, product movement and remove obsoleted items in compliance to fixed asset and stock movement procedures and guidelines - Record and track all transactions related to fixed assets including labelling, documenting and maintaining fixed asset database and write off record to ensure the accurate fixed asset database and financial report - Maintain fixed asset acquisition record, sales and depreciation and work closely with Chief Accountant in maintaining financial report - Conduct monthly and yearly fixed asset count and provide the complete reports on time in full - Assist Chief Accountant on quarterly and annual audit, and review on fixed asset status and depreciation -Other tasks might be assigned by Line Manager

- Degree in logistic, accounting, management or any related field - Proven experience in stock controller, inventory or fixed asset officer - Experience in using POS, ERP, Inventory software - Excellent in organizational skills - Analytical and problem solving skills - High level of written and spoken English language skills - Fast learner and detail oriented - Independent and self-motivated - Honest and committed - High level of written and spoken English language skills
