• Illustrating the concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts and obtaining approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval; • Responsible for controlling, managing and innovating new ways in designing artworks for Company’s advertisements, promotions and marketing activities as advised by Marketing Manager, Chief Marketing Manager (CMO) and/or Senior Management if any; • Designing artworks for printing & publications such as newspaper, magazine, billboards, banners, x-stands, leaflets, posters, booklets, folders, backdrops, business cards, mockup house designs, desk & wall calendars, X-Stand & I-Stand, diary book, logbook, parking signboards and others used for marketing activities, branding the Company and posting in social medias; • Controlling, managing and verifying final artworks with related Management and with the printing house, including quality control of printing works, specifications and materials; • Working with Architect Team for artworks of 3D-designs of houses, villas, condominiums, apartments/ flats and project progress for marketing activities, campaigns and sales promotions; • Decorating photographs for mockup houses and editing pictures for certain uses as directed by Marketing Manager and/or CMO; • Taking the photos and videos for edition purposes during the Company’s events, parties, ceremonies and special occasions as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO; • Maintaining technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies; • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; • Performing other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO and/or Senior Management

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience; • At least 3 years of experience in graphic designs; • Strong graphic design skills, layout skills, creativity, attention to detail and deadline-oriented; • Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software and time-management skills; • Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented; • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign and other related software is a plus; • Capability of using video edition software such as Sony Vegas, Adobe Premiere Pro and After-Effect is a plus; • Able to work independently or as part of a team; • Able to work under pressure with high responsibility; • Khmer and English are acceptable; Salary and Benefits • Salary: competitive salary, which is negotiable, based on experiences and work duration; • Salary increment and/or promotion once in 6 months if best performing and then annually; • Annual staff party and random parties based on public calendar ceremonies; • Annual retreat and adventure for team building and CSR Activities; • Internal and external trainings of both soft and hard skills; • Privileged for special prices for house loan; • Pays of National Social Security Fund and Seniority;
