You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets. The scope of responsibility includes: promoting the hotel and Avani brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel. You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets; monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence; attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel. We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.

Jobs Requirement

- At least 2 years’ experience within position - Graduated-BBA in field hotel and tourism or related field is an advantages. - This position is responsible for actively promoting the sales of rooms and Banquet to prospective customers who contact the hotel. - Carry out all duties as assigned by the Sales Manager and/or DOSM/GM – Room and/or Banquet, primarily on incoming correspondence, reservations and maintain an up-to-date follow up system. - Ensures that all contracts, report updates, changes, alterations, worksheets, faxes, etc are handling in a timely manner (24 hours deadline). - Maintaining the highest standard of customer services and communication with the hotel. - Contact clients as requested to ensure smooth completion of paperwork and scheduled functions. - Meets or exceed all established goals and commitments. - Works in Co-ordination with other members of management of formulate hotel marketing plan and sales forecast. Establishes future sales goals, promotional activities and strategic sales and marketing plans. - Willing to travel within country
