The job holder is responsible for acquiring customers to the Bank and achieving the sales target. S/he must have a good understanding of banking products and service in order to sell them to customer. • Grow portfolio of emerging-affluent and affluent individual clients and non-individual clients through building strong relationships with prospects and networking; • Identify potential customers and bring in new deposit base and customers for the segment; • Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers; • Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customized solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations; • Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution; • Conduct financial portfolio management for clients through quality advice and recommendations with a suite of banking.

• Relevant retail banking experience of at least 2 years; • Personable and service-oriented; • Confident, strong communication and interpersonal skills with high networth individuals and companies • Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements is an added advantage; • Candidates with strong acquisition or good networking background are preferred.
