-Overall planning and control of project activities to ensure project completion in accordance with the project schedule. -Coordinate other departments associated with project works to ensure project completion in accordance with project schedule. -Manage engineers and fitters/sub-cons to ensure quality and efficiency of work -Monitor project cost closely and minimize cost overrun. -Ensure contractual issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. -Update monthly planning report and chair and coordinate planning meeting with relevant departments. -Ensure ISO, QA, QC procedures are followed. -Ensure safety requirements are followed and reduce accident rate gradually -Ensure successful completion of project and customer satisfaction. -Coordinate with CA for conclusion of final account etc. -Provide regular progress report to Field Operations Director

-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or appropriate engineering subject. Has knowledge in Commercial and Financial concepts. Has conceptual understanding in technical engineering regarding elevator and escalator installations with knowledge of construction works -Minimum 7 years’ project management experience plus managerial and multi skills in various disciplines, i.e. managerial, technical, administrative and financial attributes. -Possess leadership qualities with focused objectives -Able to recognize as the sole point of contact for the internal and external customers -Responsible for the overall successful running of the project -Good command of English
