- Manage daily operation on site to ensure the successful completion of the project by the required time, budget and quality constrains - Ensure timely management of any unforeseen delays - Monitoring and liaise with the contracts manager and project manager on the master programs and development of stage/section programs required - Liaise with the planning team and procurement team to ensure adequate labor and sub-contract resource is available on site - Carry out tool box briefings to the site teams and subcontractors - Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff - Requisite all materials, and oversee the deliveries and ensure they are done so in adequate time in line with the construction program and procurement schedule - Effectively communicate with the design team to ensure the timely release of design information - Supervise, manage and motivate all site team including effective management of subcontractor activities on site ensuring they are engaged on target in line with the master program - Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards - Ensure site team and subcontractors follow common operational standards - Control and monitor site waste in accordance with the Company’s Site Waste Minimization & Management Policy - Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the company’s policy - Create and maintain good relations with clients, design teams and neighbors as well as any other stakeholders

- BA in Engineering or a related filed. Master’s degree is preferred - At least 4 years of experience in construction - Strong experience in the coordination of electrical, mechanical and special systems is desired - Formal commissioning experience, specifically relating to the mechanical and/or electrical systems (e.g. HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Low Voltage, Fire Sprinkler) Familiarity with construction management software packages - Advanced knowledge of construction management processes: means and methods - Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards - Understanding of all facets of the construction process - Ability to read drawings and specification and to plan and see the big picture - Competent in conflict and crisis management - Leadership and human resources management skills - Excellent time and project management skills
