- Operating effective at Manager level and capable of managing teams of more than 50 staff. - Assist with The plaining of group resources - Technical and commercial coordination of all Structural Engineering projects ranging from Simple 2D documentation to full 3D Design and documentation of major international projects. - Making sure that project meet time, quality, commercial and legal targets. - Direct client Management - Assisting with the preparation of technical and commercial proposal - Senior Management reporting on project/ Client status and forecast workload. - Ensuring regular client progress reporting is maintained. - Provide input to and help develop and maintain the structural group’s business plan, resource plan, processes and best practices. - Provide input and assistance with the Engineering Group’s marketing strategy. Discipline Standards - Provide Technical Leadership and guidance - Drive and Develop quality system - Manage and ensure timely project delivery and quality with Full compliance Kim Mex Standard - Provide expert assistance to the engineering staff with Regard to the use of international design standard. - Maintain and develop appropriate library of standards and reference.

- Position Require a minimum of 10 years’ Experience as a structural Design Engineer / Design Manager. - Self-Motivated with a strong ability to solve problems proactively - Minimum Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering - Good Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and the BIM process
