Job Description *Make outbound calls to potential new customers and, through asking appropriate questions understand the customer needs and recommend a suitable product or service. *Follow prepared scripts and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks *Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to proceed with bookings *Provide feedback to supervisor on scripts and processes to improve efficiency and meet sales targets *Working as part of a new business team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing new and existing customers whilst optimising quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. *Document transactions and keep accurate records of calls made and results achieved *Resolve customer queries and complaints, document issues for further actions *Update client databases to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date *Work closely with sales and marketing channels to receive sales leads and proceed to close them via outbound calling *Establish new relationships by researching, adding and developing new customers *Excellence in customer service. *Other tasks assigned by Supervisor/ Assistant Manager/ Manager *Ensures adherence to Lifestyle Vacation Bonds policies, Code of conduct, Internal rules and regulations always. Job Requirements QUALIFICATIONS *Proven experience in outbound tele-sales call centre is preferred *Experience in customer service principles and practices *High level telephone communication, interpersonal skills and discipline with fellow staff, relevant stakeholders and guests. *High level written and verbal communication in both English and Khmer script *Proficient computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet, Email) *Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure. *Good guest service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints. *Good data entry and typing skills *Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively *Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest and fast learner. *Must be flexible working at night, weekends, and public holidays.
