- Controlling stationary and office supply - Arrange logistic, food, beverage for all meeting, training and company event/trip - Controlling, monitoring office equipment; - Operate manual and computerized office system - Check staff attendance and leave record - Assist task assign by manager - Coordinate with supplier for repair/maintenance service in the office.
