-Arrange the schedule and assign sale promoters and follow up on work results specially on daily sales report and cash bank deposits and ensure that complete documents are submitted to the Accounting Department on daily basis. -Perform day to day monitoring of the shop operation in all locations and make sure that sufficient products are one display, no missing products and that all products are clean and well- arranged in the shelves/display tables. -Helps ensures that all sale promoters understand clearly the guidelines for every campaign/promotion set by the company. In addition, gives feedback to the management about customer requirements, feedback about the products, results of promotions/campaigns to aid the management team in the improving campaign/ promotion requirements as well as the products and services being offered. -Conduct monthly physical inventory count to ensure correctness and accuracy of product quantities reported in the system versus the actual products on hand and honestly reports missing products if any. -Daily collections of sales sheets, sale reports and other sales documents from each shop and to the accounting office for checking and verification. -Provide product training to sale promoters to ensure they can accurately deliver the product concepts, functions and benefits to consumers to support their sale activities. -Perform other duties/responsibilities assigned by the company from time to time

-BA in management or equivalent -Good English in written and Speaking -Have experience in controlling store and inventories -Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
