-Follow up purchase orders with PLW for spare part & Completed lift and updated Monitoring shipment report. -Once got order confirmation from supplier, chasing supplier for shipping invoice and checked shipping mode to ship materials (spare pare). -Once factories/supplier confirmed EXW. follow up with factoies/supplier to send booking to Sea freight forwarder or Air freight (DHL). -Chasing frieght forwarder to send BL apply to factories to apply FE on time. -Checked booking/shipping invoice and confirm draft BL. -Work closely with frieght forwarder to provide faster schedule & HBL/Invoice charge/Ocean freight/Notice arrival. -Made insurance and send shipping invoice HBL/Invoice charge/Ocean freight/Notice arrival to broker for process customs clearance. -Prepare customs invoice (Sea/Air) for management signed and stapm. -Follow up with broker/supplier to survey site and confirm delivery date (matereial on site) and inform to technician to awared of. -Checking shipping cost and offload with other supplier for comparison & saving cost. -Sharing material from other OC if any require from EI dept. -Send out Monitoring shipment in weekly. -Made saving report (Logistics & offload). -Do other task base to PLW requested in logistics/warehouse management scope.
