• Responsible to check the quantities of all required materials and scope of works of the project • Design and prepare plans for using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software • Produce effective product designs by using their understanding of engineering and manufacturing techniques • Add structural details to architectural plans from their knowledge of building techniques • Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects • Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new building projects or products

• Bachelor Degree in civil or structural engineering • Previous experience in architectural metal work design and documentation • Good command of Khmer and English, both spoken and written • Computer fluency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Good inter-personal skills, must be able to communicate well with staff • Ability to interpret plans, liaise with clients, architects and project managers • Demonstrate innovative approaches to problem solving and develop ideas from conceptualization to completion • Must have a good knowledge of available materials/products and different techniques and resources available • Strong team player, working effectively with all staff members at all levels • A positive work ethic with excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines
