Jobs Description

1. Handling stock and inventory Inventory specialist job as below: - Understanding the flow and work process. - Updating inventory for all transactions. - Monitoring of stock export (Veneers and Plywood). - Checking production flow in factory. - Checking and adjustment of stock in and stock out of each factory. - Prepare and summary of stock report. - Comparing the data with actual stock. - Monthly report of stock inventory.

Jobs Requirement

- 1 years working experience in accounting / finance department - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, general business or related field. - Finance and Accounting - Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word and Peach System is preferred. - Good command of English, Chinese - Reconciliation effort between multi-systems /ledgers is critical. - Processing details - Able to work under pressure
